Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and source code including localised / customised source code stacks are owned by NIC and will remain with NIC. NIC, as a central government organisation, is committed to provide updates as and when released or change request is received and accepted shall be delivered with minimal cost as finalised by NIC, which is a non-profit seeking organisation of Govt. of India under Ministry of Electronics and IT, Govt. of India.

User Department or the respective hospital shall NOT share any artefact of e-Hospital@NIC with any other party/agency without written permission from NIC. End User do not have any legal right, whatsoever, to ask NIC to share artifacts with any other agency. Any such violation shall attract legal action/ remedies.

NIC charges towards e-Hospital@NIC are for usage license cost, initialisation/ localisation support cost and hand-holding support on site/ off-site as formulated by NIC time to time as well as decided by NIC on case-to-case basis.
